Four years ago, I learned from ADB staff (who were students in a graduate school in house course), I learned that ADB has stopped treating PHL in terms of loans, aids and grants as LDC. I was wondering?
Lately we heard that PHL is no longer a borrower country at IMF; it has lent (or deposited) $ l billion at IMF for Eurozone rescue/bail out. Is it not wonderful?
Then we heard the last quarter growth of the PHL at 7.1%. making us the biggest performer in Asean. China is just slightly ahead at 7.8%. ( Read related article at Filosofo Tasyo)
