I didn't watch it in full but I have seen some of its clips and I really find it very funny. This girl is not a sort of shy type and a very accommodating individual. She even specifies the stores that the shoppers can see on the floor that they are landing. It’s quite hilarious at some point, but then it shows how customer service must be. It should exceed the customer’s expectations of you, and how you can deliver well to their needs.
