No Bail out for Russian depositors who lost in Cyprus, bank scare spreads in Eurozone

Can you blame Europeans for being scared of banks or repeat of Cyprus action on bank deposits.  I will not be surprised if there is massive bank run in Europe.  And that will spell disaster and complete meltdown of Eurozone.  And massive depression will follow.
