Being robbed and dying from hold up firefight does not make it more fun in the PHL?

I just got the news that there was a hold up in front of a Unibank in our place.   Two died from the gunfight that ensued ( innocent bystanders)  The fate of the one held up is unknown.

The loot was alleged to be PHP 700,000. 00 Wow.  The perpetrators were riding in tandem motorcyclists.  What?  You see the bad people on motorcycles now? (criminals, hold upppers, assasssins, snatchers, bad drivers, drunk drivers?)

This is the nth type that there is such a hold up  of customers from that Unibank.  The PNP station is just a spitting distance from the the Unibank.   This frequent crimes raise certain questions:

l.  Have the criminals become so bold so as to commit bold crimes with such great risks;

2.  Are the law enforcers lax and sleeping?
(Now we see full deployment of PNP elements but it is kind of late reaction)
3.  Are there parties in cahoots?  Who give tips that such huge withdrawals re to be made.

These crimes frighten the citizens and the investors.  This is a black eye for the public sector and the news that all is fun in Angono/Philippines.  Being robbed in broad daylight and dying from firefights as bystanders, even in broad daylight are no fun.
