Majorem Lending has been established to serve the financial needs of Holy Gardeners - those who bought lots from the Holy Gardens group. Holy Gardeners can avail loans up to 50% of the market value (not of the purchase price) of the lots purchased. Effectively, from a cash flow and ROI point of view, the Holy Gardens buyer pay only 50% of the purchase price of the plot.
The 18% per annum lending rate is legal rate and one of the lowest (vs. 3% per month. Credit card advance is 5% per month and 4% penalty)
During the promo period on Valentine's week, the interest rate has been lowered to only 14%
