It seems that Majorem is on its way to greater glory of wealth building.  One staff who applied for loan assistant seems to be doing fine and another staff, who wants to create a name for himself applied for a loan assistant too.  He used to be a project officer of micro lending of rural bank, a GM of a cooperative. 

He described his accomplishment of decreasing the arrears of the rural bank by l5%.  He believes that capacity to pay is the key;  maybe his view changed when the meaning of credit - meaning belief was explained to him.  If things materialize,  we could have a two man team for Majorem Lending by next week.  We had missteps with the former staff who loaned almost a hundred thousand to herself using the collateral of the customers  (we trusted her too much and had not sued her yet);  the immature assistant answered the call of nature and simply abandoned her work.  So much for OJT and immature employees and who are undisciplined.

We will be great.  We will win
