So far, all the fundamentals point to the demise of the dollar. What are they? Huge US debt - now at $l6 trillion, trade deficit, huge US deficit (about $ l trillion a year) bloated US fed budget, slowdown in economy, huge amount of liquidity.
But so far, the best currency, vs the Euro (couple that with the Cyprus bank scare spreading in Europe) is still the almighty dollar. And the show of strength vs Nokor has undoubtedly propped up the dollar. Couple that with the latest Wall St. bull run.
But will this honeymoon last?
