I discussed that the proximity marketing tool/platform can not be named Holy Gardens.  It has be something generic, attractive and likeable by many.

Here comes the Idea that it will be having a username:  MadjApps and to be acquired by Majorem Lending and will be another business;  Holy Gardens will be just one of the busineses.

 As we brainstormed, the possible uses shall be for:

l.  Retail:     Angono, Taytay, and Cainta,

2.  Restaurants,

3.  Schools

4.  Religious organizations.

5.  Banks and financial institutions.

6.  Food shops;

7.  Boutiques

8.  Spas, beauty shops, salons

9.  Causes

l0.  Personalities (watch out if candidates will be heavy users.)

It is risky but if they agree to terms, and there is superb marketing, then it will work out.

The partner is like using the MS business model.
